Kentucky Bourbon Trail
We drove to historic Bardstown to visit some of the bourbon distilleries on the trail. We went to the Heaven Hill and Jim Beam distilleries. Bourbon starts out much like beer but is aged for years not months. The barrels are stored in these buildings.
